Challenge:
We needed to re-brand St. John Health with an increased level
of emotional connection and brand differentiation in a way that
is reflective of their culture. And in a way that would set
them apart in the extremely competitive Southeastern Michigan
marketplace.
Objectives:
Increase positive awareness of SJH and its positioning
for treating the whole person — body, mind and spirit.
Increase awareness of the nine SJH hospitals and their
specialties. Increase web and call center traffic. And
increase physician referral volumes.
Results:
Significantly increased call center, website and physician referral
volumes and an extremely positive response to the campaign from
physicians, patients, associates and media.
