Don't let the slow, Southern drawl or polite manners fool you — beneath this sweet, Southern disposition lies a fierce account executive. Faced with challenges that would make an ordinary account executive cringe, Julie maintains an easy calm. Her skills shine when she leads marketing strategy, negotiates federal contracts, and presents creative, all while making it look easy and making even the toughest clients happy.

Having developed an appreciation for government contract work through her experience with Brogan client EHP, Julie set out to grow Brogan's presence as a GSA contractor. Now she works with clients like the U.S. Peace Corps, the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, the North Carolina Department of Health & Human Services, as well as commercial clients in the B2B and healthcare space.

Before Brogan, Julie gained AE skills at several local agencies. She managed PR, creative and financials for high-profile clients in healthcare and retail. She also spent a few years pursuing her passion for education as a journalism teacher.

Julie is a North Carolina native with a BA in English and Public Relations from UNC-Charlotte. She has served on the board of the Triangle AMA and volunteered with various organizations throughout the triangle area.

She lives near Raleigh with her husband and two precocious children.
