Brogan & Partners Names New Managing Partner

Birmingham, MI-October 13, 2005- Deidre Bounds was recently named Managing Partner at Brogan & Partners Convergence Marketing. She is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the strategy and direction set forth by the agency's Board of Directors. Marcie Brogan will step down as managing partner but will remain as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board.

"Deidre started 13 years ago as an intern and moved through the company from account manager to media director to an equity partner," said Brogan. "She has demonstrated impeccable leadership skills and knows this agency just as well as I do. I have faith in her as I do with all of my partners." Bounds, in addition to five other junior partners, was recently given license to purchase equity in the company.

Bounds will report to the chairman on a daily basis and report to the Board of Directors quarterly. As Managing Partner, Bounds will be responsible for managing daily operations with support and input from partners. She will also serve as an advisor on the board.
