Brogan & Partners Wins $12 Million Federal Contract from the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences[Birmingham, MI] - Brogan & Partners Convergence Marketing announced today it has been awarded a five year, $12 million contract from the federal government to continue to produce and market the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences' (NIEHS) official journal, Environmental Health Perspectives (EHP). NIEHS is one of the National Institutes of Health. Brogan, the incumbent agency, successfully defended the account during an extensive bidding process. Brogan has served NIEHS since 2002, producing and marketing of the journal as well as creating and updating the website EHPonline.org. "When we began working with the NIEHS six years ago we were determined to prove our growing Cary office could deliver great results to our first federal government client. We are thrilled to be able to continue our work with on EHP," said Jim Tobin, partner and manager of North Carolina operations for the full service advertising agency. "This new contract instills an added sense of pride for our work, in our people and the agency." Environmental Health Perspectives serves as both a peer-reviewed scientific journal and a news magazine on the latest topics in environmental health. A Chinese-language version of the magazine is also distributed quarterly to government leaders, corporations and universities in the People's Republic of China. The 100% federally funded contract is not to exceed
$12,411,203.39 in expenditures and is subject to
annual renewal. In addition to the EHP federal contract,
Brogan & Partners has worked on marketing and
advertising programs with the National Institute
of Allergies and Infectious Disease and the Department
of Homeland Security/Customs and Border Protection,
