Cary, NC - Jim Tobin, Partner at Brogan & Partners Convergence Marketing, has announced that Julia Shea Ogren has joined the firm as a Senior Associate and Senior Account Director. Ogren has over 20 years of successful health care marketing experience and has previously served as a consultant for Brogan & Partners Convergence Marketing providing marketing communications support to the firm.
