Challenge:
LifeSecure (a Long Term Care insurance) was a new company
launched by Blue Cross Blue Shield. There was much confusion
about Long Term Care (LTC) insurance with people having
trouble distinguishing between LTC with other types
of insurance.
Even among those who knew what LTC insurance was, knowledge tended to be very thin and undefined. There was a need for a simple explanation of long-term care.
Objective:
To launch the LifeSecure company through a brand awareness
campaign. To clarify, inform and educate consumers on
the need for and benefits of Long Term Care (LTC) insurance.
To convince consumers that LifeSecure was the only long
term care insurance offering that would create a simple
and worry-free future.
Results:
Internal loved em.
Incorporated into all communications from website to brochures, tradeshows, giveaways.
Positive feedback from agent community.
