How Bringing the Target Audience to Tears Made Our Clients Smile.

Challenge:
We needed to re-brand St. John Health with an increased level of emotional connection and brand differentiation in a way that is reflective of their culture. And in a way that would set them apart in the extremely competitive southeastern Michigan marketplace.

Objectives:
Increase positive awareness of SJH and its positioning for treating the whole person, body, mind and spirit. Increase awareness of the nine SJH hospitals and their specialties. Increase web and call center traffic. And increase physician referral volumes.

Results:
While client does not care to release numbers, we can report that there are significantly increased call center, website and physician referral volumes and clients are very happy with results. There has also been an extremely positive response to the campaign from physicians, patients, associates and media.
